Please bear in mind that available space is limited and therefore a couch or treatment chair with a small table will enable promotion and for you to work comfortably, there is not room for you to have a couch and full size table unless booking a double space. If you are a therapist and do not intend to use a couch or therapy chair, a full size table can be your chosen option.

Payment: Your investment for the day at Hinchingbrooke House is £47 for a single stand), (£85 for a double) There are a limited number of larger than double tables available at £95 Stands are not reserved until paid for in full. Where a hardcopy booking form is used and returned by post I will hold your booking for 7 days after I have emailed your form to you, to enable you allow time for completion and return. This ensures a smooth transaction for everyone and smooth organisation of the event. Payment methods:

Please read the following carefully prior to signing. We are all responsible for our part in committing to a safe and enjoyable event:

The doors will be open from 8.00am for set up. Please ensure you are set up by 09.45 am in readiness for doors to open at 10.00am

Please remember if electricity is required, mark the box above and we will endeavour to provide (though this CAN NOT be guaranteed) but please remember to bring your own (PAT tested) extension lead and equipment.

No smoking is permitted in any part of the Building. nor is any naked flame to be brought into or lit therein.

No materials or equipment shall be fixed to any part of the building or to the fitting or furniture unless agreed in advance in writing.

No animals, except for guide dogs or other assistance dogs, are permitted in any part of the Building save as agreed in writing and for the purpose of exhibition.

Any equipment (Other than New items for retail) brought into the Building shall be safe, in good working order and, in the case of electrical equipment for use PAT tested.

At conclusion of event equipment/rooms used to be left in the condition in which they were at the outset

It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to be aware of any current change in legislation that affects their activities & to comply with such legislation.

Whilst the Organisers have taken every precaution to ensure a safe & secure environment for the Events it is the responsibility of each stand holder to make sure that they have their own insurance to cover their goods & services as required by law. No responsibility will be accepted by the Organisers for claims made against any products, services, treatments or for any loss or damage to exhibitors stock or equipment. Please ensure you bring a copy of your insurance to the event.

Please note that in order to create an exhibition that has a balance of traders, therapists etc and in the essence of 'fairness', I reserve the right to withdraw products or services that have not been listed at booking stage and or agreed upon (should it be deemed necessary) so please ensure you indicate your product/skill set that you will be promoting at this event. Thank you.

Please also remember that once the stand has been paid for, the stand fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. At the discresion of the organiser, in exeptional circumstnces, an Identical swap may be organised if you are able to organise to re-book the stand to an IDENTICAL trade or skill set as a replacement, this is to be discussed and agreed with the organiser prior to the rebooking taking place. Once agreed this must then be rebooked and payment completed within 7 days of agreement by the identical replacement and also with a minimum of 8 weeks before the event date. Where this exchange is possible and completed as agreed a refund would then be made for the original booking minus an admin charge of £5. The fee will be deducted from the payment to cover fees and admin. From this reduced payment, PayPal may also take a further fee. Any cancellations made in the final 8 weeks can not be replaced/refunded under any circumstances.

Venues and advertising are paid for well in advance of an event, at considerable cost. Commitment needs to follow through by all the exhibitors, to help ensure that a wide and interesting variety of skill and trades (some of which are limited) are offered. Once stands are reserved other exhibitors may be turned away reducing significantly the opportunity to reallocate the stand, should a cancellation occur.

Where bookings & payments are not completed within  7 days of agreed booking placement the organiser retains the right to reserve the stand for another trader.
